036 - Lessons From A Car Salesman

I hate buying cars. It's the worst experience on the planet. I genuinely don't look forward to it. But when a car breaks down all the way, you have to make something work. So I went car shopping recently. And this is what I learned from one of the sales people.

She was extremely creative with her work. She did a great job trying to get me out of that building with a car. I didn't end up buying the car, but I learned some things from her. Some lessons that we can all learn from as leaders.

2 - Don't sacrifice long-term vision for short-term solutions!
